Founder & Principal
Jeremiah Cundiff
Jeremiah Cundiff is the founder and principal of Cundiff Capital, LLC, an independent sponsor platform focused on acquiring and growing founder-owned service businesses in the lower middle market.
Jeremiah's operating background includes executive leadership at Property Management Inc. (PMI), a national franchise organization with brands spanning multiple property management verticals. At PMI, Jeremiah worked directly with franchise systems, franchisee networks, and the operational infrastructure that supports distributed owner-operators — experience that informs how he evaluates businesses, assesses management teams, and identifies where a focused growth plan can create meaningful value.
As an entrepreneur, Jeremiah has operated and built businesses from the ground up — giving him a founder-to-founder perspective that shapes every acquisition conversation. He understands what it means to have built something over years, and brings a structure-first, relationship-driven approach to sellers who are deciding what comes next.
Cundiff Capital is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jeremiah works with an established network of institutional equity partners and M&A professionals to execute acquisitions and support portfolio companies through the value creation process.

About Cundiff Capital
Cundiff Capital, LLC is an independent sponsor platform. We identify, acquire, and grow founder-owned service businesses in the lower middle market — professionalizing operations, building management infrastructure, and positioning each company for long-term institutional value.
Our primary area of focus is franchise systems and multi-unit service operators, where our operating background gives us a sourcing and underwriting edge. We evaluate strong service businesses outside the franchise structure when the fundamentals fit.
Unlike a traditional PE fund, Cundiff Capital raises capital on a deal-by-deal basis through established institutional equity partners. This lets us be highly selective, move quickly, and offer sellers a direct, personal process — without the bureaucracy of a large fund.

Operator perspective
We evaluate businesses the way operators do — looking at team quality, operational infrastructure, and customer relationships, not just the income statement.
Long-term thinking
We hold businesses for 4–6 years with a clear value creation plan. Long enough to make meaningful changes. Long enough to matter to the people who built the business.
Relationship first
The best acquisitions start with a phone call, not a banker. We build relationships with founders, advisors, and operators long before a transaction is on the table.
